Chinese cabbage and pork wontons

Apart from the leek filling, my favorite is the cabbage and pork wontons, which are very delicious

Add the seasonings to the meat filling and mix well. Add the green onion and ginger water in batches and mix well. Add a little starch, seasoning oil and sesame oil, mix well and refrigerate for more than 1 hour

Chop the Chinese cabbage, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for about 15 minutes to drain the water and set aside

Chop green onions and add to meat filling

Add Chinese cabbage and mix well

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put appropriate amount of filling

Fold the two corners in half and apply a little water on the other two corners

Pinch one corner onto the other corner to get the finished product

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add wontons and cook
