Multigrain transformation---preserved fruit rice balls
Overview
It’s so cold in the Northeast today! There is a cold wind blowing everywhere, and I don’t feel warm even wearing a down jacket. I am really a frost-resistant person. If I can wear a small jacket today, who knows who is cold! On such a cold day, I really wanted to eat some warm food. I looked in the kitchen at home and found a bag of black rice and some white rice. I thought of making a copycat version of eight-treasure rice.

Ingredients
Steps
-
All ingredients are ready
-
Pour the black rice into a bowl, wash it, then put it into a casserole and fill it with water to make black rice
-
Put a little water in the pot, add sugar, and boil it into syrup
-
When the syrup thickens, add the cooked black rice and stir evenly.
-
Spread honey in a small bowl
-
Put some of the evenly mixed sugared black rice at the bottom of the bowl
-
Put some washed raisins
-
Put a layer of black rice and fill it with white rice. I think adding some white rice can add texture and not be too sweet.
-
Place the small bowl upside down on the plate
-
Take it off slowly
-
After taking it down, you can start decorating it. The decoration ingredients can be according to your own preferences, just depend on the ingredients at home.

Look at my decoration, it looks pretty good
