Braised duck feet and duck wings
Overview
When the weather is hot, my dad will occasionally drink a bottle of beer and make some snacks for him to go with wine. The homemade braised duck feet and duck wings are delicious to chew and are much more hygienic and safe than the ones bought. Braised in a rice cooker, it's easy and hassle-free.

Steps
-
A collection of main ingredients.
-
Wash the duck feet and wings and blanch them in cold water until the foam no longer increases significantly.
-
Rinse the blanched duck feet and wings and put them into the rice cooker.
-
Add ginger, garlic, chili pepper, bay leaves, star anise, caesar fruit, kaempferol and Sichuan peppercorns.
-
Add about 2 tablespoons of salt, about 30 grams.
-
tablespoons light soy sauce.
-
tablespoons honey braised soy sauce (you don’t need to add sugar if you add this).
-
Add water to cover the ingredients, stir a few times, and cook for 30 minutes.
-
Take out the cooked duck wings and duck feet and let them cool. If you want a stronger flavor, you can wait for the stew to cool down and then soak the duck feet and wings overnight.
-
Eat the refreshing Q bomb directly. For those with a strong taste, you can add some ginger, garlic vinegar, chili oil and eat it cold.
