Ingredients, I use dried cabbage here. If there are pickled vegetables, it is best to use pickled vegetables for the most fragrant aroma.

Soak the dried vegetables in water beforehand and wash them thoroughly.

Drain the dried vegetables and cut into small pieces, mince the ginger, garlic and pepper.

Dice the pork belly.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, add the pork belly and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the diced meat is slightly brown, add ginger, garlic, chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add one spoonful of light soy sauce and one spoonful of dark soy sauce respectively and stir-fry evenly.

Add the dried vegetables and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in water that is level with the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to medium heat for 20 minutes.

When there is still a little bit of soup left, add green pepper segments, appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder, stir-fry evenly and serve.
