Stir-fried pork

Stir-fried pork

Overview

I don’t know if I should call it farm-style stir-fried pork. Anyway, it’s easy to make and the taste is pretty good. Even children can eat the slightly spicy taste. I ate it all before I shared the recipe with you

  2. Slice green pepper, rice pepper, and ginger and set aside

  3. Add corn starch to the meat and mix well with cooking wine

  4. The vegetables are fried quickly, so the soy sauce and bean paste must be placed in front

  5. Heat the pot and add oil. Our family uses pure vegetable oil brought from the countryside, but it doesn’t matter what kind of oil it is

  6. The rice pepper and ginger slices were supposed to be put in, but I threw down the meat in a hurry, but it doesn't matter. After the meat is put into the pot, stir-fry, and add a little salt. Don't put too much, as the bean paste will still have a salty taste after a while

  7. After the meat pieces are cooked, move them to one side, let the remaining oil flow into the middle, put the rice pepper and ginger slices in and deep-fry them to get the flavor, then bring them together and stir-fry

  8. Add a spoonful of bean paste and a little braised soy sauce, stir-fry

  9. Also put aside, add green pepper slices, stir-fry a few times to bring them together, then add some chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and put it in the pot

  10. It was put on the plate without any decoration. My husband grabbed a few pieces and put them in his mouth before the finished picture. I think he was sorry for the audience, right?
