Beef, pork belly.

Carrots, spring onions, green onions (same goes for onions).

Chop the garnishes into fine pieces.

Cut the beef and pork into pieces, add an egg, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and tapioca starch.

Beat into puree.

Pour the chopped garnishes into the minced meat.

After mixing well, add oil to lock in the moisture.

Roll the minced meat into larger balls.

Then press into cake shape.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatloaf.

Fry until browned on both sides.

Add half a bowl of water, cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

Time is up, the beef patties are cooked.
