During the Chinese New Year in Guangdong, stir-fried diced cubes are a must. Corn kernels, carrot kernels, etc. are stir-fried together. Preparation materials: defrost frozen cod and shrimp on the grill, cut corn kernels from corn cobs, chop ginger slices and garlic into ginger-garlic paste, and prepare cashew nuts, bell peppers, red bell peppers, and yellow bell peppers.

Remove the scales from the cod, absorb the water with kitchen paper, mix well with egg white, cooking wine, salt and white pepper and marinate for a while.
