Watermelon Sauce Beans

The soybeans are stir-fried and cooked together with the watermelon rind. They are soft and chewy, and the watermelon sauce is even more delicious

Wash the soybeans and drain off the water.

Peel off the outer layer of watermelon rind and cut into strips.

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and water starch to the diced meat and mix well.

Cut some fat into the pot, add the soybeans and stir-fry over low heat.

Stir-fry the fat meat until the oil is released, and stir-fry the soybeans until they are slightly yellow and fragrant. Add ginger, shallots, and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the watermelon rind and stir-fry for a while.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add bean paste, add water and cook for 20 minutes.
