Wash the ginger, garlic and millet and chop into fine pieces.

Wash and dice mushrooms.

Cut beef into cubes.

Wash and stir-fry the soybeans to dry them out, add a small amount of oil and fry until slightly brown.

Wash the peanuts and stir-fry them to dry them. Put them in the oil pan and fry them for two minutes. Remove them and chop them into pieces with a knife.

Put several times more oil in the pot than usual for cooking, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add beef and stir-fry to dry, then add shiitake mushrooms and fry until slightly dry; finally add chili millet, chili noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, crushed peanuts and soybeans, simmer for a minute, remove from the pot and serve on a plate.
