Shredded Pork Noodles with Pickled Vegetables

It snowed heavily just now. I took my daughter and husband to play in the snow. I was in a good mood! Haha! Snow always makes me happy! Hee hee~. It is said that eating pickled vegetables and shredded pork (minced pork) noodles is better when it snows!

  1. Soak the pickles in water, wash them several times and wring them out to remove excess salt. Mince and set aside.

  2. Wash the pork belly and cut into small cubes, mince the ginger and garlic, soak and mince the mushrooms.

  3. Mince garlic sprouts.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then add minced meat, stir-fry over medium-low heat until brown.

  5. Add mushrooms and saute until fragrant.

  6. Add light soy sauce, sugar, braised soy sauce, and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

  7. Add the pickles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  8. Mix hydrolyzed starch with a bowl of water to make gravy, pour it into the pot, and simmer over medium heat for 1 minute.

  9. Add minced garlic and chicken essence, stir well and serve!

  10. Add to the prepared noodles. Incredibly delicious!
