Put all the dough ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, press the kneading button, and knead for 10 minutes

Add butter, press the arrow, select the sweet bread program, press OK to enter the burning color and select the medium color, press OK again to enter the weight, select 750 grams, press OK to enter the fruit material, do not choose to add the fruit material, and finally press the start button to start the program.

To make the chocolate filling while the bread machine is running, first melt the chocolate and butter.

Mix high-gluten flour, cocoa powder, and corn flour directly in a small milk pot, add milk and sugar, and stir evenly

Add the melted butter and chocolate, then add one egg white and mix well.

Heat over low heat until the batter becomes slightly sticky and separates from the sides and bottom of the container while stirring

Pour the batter between two layers of plastic wrap, roll it into a square piece, and put it in the refrigerator

When the bread machine is running until the screen shows 1 hour and 40 minutes, press the start button to pause the program

Roll the fermented dough into a square, take the chocolate filling out of the freezer and place it on top of the dough

Roll it out and make the first 30% fold. After letting it rest for 10 minutes, make the second 30% fold

Fold it into three parts twice and roll it out

Cut the dough into two equal parts

Cut each portion into the shape as shown in the picture, leaving a little at the top and do not cut off

Then connect the head and tail to make a hydrangea shape. Take out the mixing knife of the bread machine, make 2 pieces of dough one after another, and put them into the bread bucket. Press the start button again to continue running the program until the end (if the dough does not rise to the ideal state, you can press the pause button to extend the fermentation time

If you use an oven, you can make two pieces of dough one after another, then put them in the toast box and let them rise for a second time until they are 8 or 9 minutes full. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Cover with tin foil after coloring, take out and unmold immediately after baking.
