Fried white rice cake

The white rice cakes brought by my colleagues from Sanming are sliced, so I don’t have to cut them again. It feels so convenient!

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Stir-fry the pork belly to release the oil.

Pull the meat aside, add ginger and onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add shrimp and mushrooms and stir-fry until they change color and soften.

Add the white rice cake and stir-fry evenly, then cook a little cooking wine and light soy sauce.

Add greens and season with salt.
