Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, chop the green and red peppers, mince the garlic and green onions.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is 70% hot, add tofu and fry over medium heat.

Flip and fry the other side for about three minutes until golden brown on both sides.

Then add minced green and red pepper, minced garlic, and chopped green onion, and shake the pot to let the spices heat to stimulate the fragrance of the minced garlic.
