Combine sweet dough with Danish dough and add your favorite fillings to create a fragrant, fluffy, soft and crispy layered bread that is delicious and easy to make.

Add the main ingredients except salt and butter into the bread machine and knead for 15 minutes. Then add salt and butter and cook for 15 minutes. Take out the dough and knead it until it is smooth. Put it into the bread machine to ferment for 30 minutes. Use the residual heat of the bread machine (if it is hot, just cover it with plastic wrap and leave it outside)

Take it out after fermentation (this sweet dough bread uses 50g)

Cut into 7 loaves of 63g, knead into round balls with a damp cloth for 15 minutes

Press air and fold into three parts into an olive shape and press into a long strip

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees upper temperature and 190 degrees lower temperature and bake for 25 minutes
