After washing the shredded jellyfish, soak it in cold boiled water and change the water (2 to 3 times) to remove the salt

Cut the cabbage stems into strips and cut the cabbage leaves into strips. Add salt & sugar, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Tips☆Sugar or salt can dehydrate the vegetables to make them crispier. Adding sugar can reduce the amount of salt used.

Pour off the water seeping out of the cabbage, rinse it with cold boiled water, squeeze it dry and set aside

Boil water (or boil half a pot of water), place jellyfish shreds on a strainer, pour boiling water over them, and immerse them in ice water to cool

Shred the chili pepper, chop the coriander and mix well with all the seasonings

Mix the cabbage with sauce, shredded cabbage & jellyfish and serve.
