Spicy hotpot
Overview
After simmering a can of pigeon soup, I gathered all the leftover vegetables and made a big bowl of spicy hot pot.

Cut and wash the vegetarian vegetables.

Meatballs, swallow dumplings and sausages.

Boil the water in the pot, add the vegetable vegetables, blanch until cooked and take them out.

Blanch meat dishes.

A bowl filled to the brim.

Heat oil in a pan, add chili, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add spicy pot seasoning and stir well.

Pour in various dishes.

Stir-fry evenly over low heat (stir-fry for a few minutes will enhance the flavor)

Add some green cabbage leaves and stir-fry evenly (no seasonings are added).

Finally sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
