Spicy and crispy---Grandma's dish with hot pepper
Overview
Grandma's dish is not the name of an ingredient, but the name of a method, which is full of kindness. Chili peppers are added at will, so prepare two plates, one for each person, so no one can take it from the other. The rich aroma is especially delicious when cooking. It always scrapes off all the burnt rice on the bottom of the pot, and it’s so satisfying when the bottom of the pot turns upside down!
