Stir-fried edamame with eggs, mussels and vegetables
Overview
Grilling the edamame was too laborious. I originally planned to stir-fry the edamame with mussels, but I felt that the portion of the finished dish was too small, so I added eggs.

Take mussels and soak them well.

Edamame.

Peel and wash.

Pour cold water into pot.

Cooked.

Remove and set aside.

Wash the red peppers and green onions and cut them with a knife.

Break an egg and prick the yolk.

Don't stir it up.

Hot pan and cold oil.

Heat the oil and fry the eggs in it.

Fry until cooked and set aside.

Put all the vegetables.

Add salt while stirring.

Fry evenly.

Add a little light soy sauce and mussels and stir-fry evenly.

Add water starch.

Stir-fry evenly and add chicken essence.
