Pork slices.

Chop ginger, onion, garlic and pepper.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and blanch them in water.

Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly and stir-fry until the oil is released, add ginger, garlic and green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and stir-fry evenly. Add mushrooms and chili and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add salt to taste.
