Boil the taro, chestnuts and water chestnuts first, then peel the chestnuts and water chestnuts

Wash and cut all the ingredients to be used and set aside

Boil the water in the pot and blanch the ribs in salt water

Put a little oil in the pot, add the pork ribs, add ginger and garlic slices and saute until fragrant

Add dark soy sugar to the pot and stir-fry for color, then add chili pepper
