Cut the pork belly into pieces, blanch and set aside.

Put a little oil, aniseed, cinnamon into the pot, add the blanched pork belly and stir-fry.

Stir out excess fat from the pork belly (discard it) until it becomes slightly browned in color. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, white sugar, onion and ginger and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of hot water and simmer.

Soak the kelp silk, wash and set aside.

Shred the cabbage and set aside.

Stew the pork belly for 9 minutes, then add shredded cabbage, kelp, vermicelli, and salt and simmer for another 15 minutes.
