Wash and shred the cabbage.

Boil the vermicelli in water until soft, usually boil for 10 minutes after boiling.

After the vermicelli is cooked, pour it into cold water and drain the water.

Drain the vermicelli and mix it evenly with an appropriate amount of vegetable oil.

Heat the oil in a pan, simmer the onion and ginger, add shredded cabbage and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the cabbage until it becomes soft, add the pasta sauce, (add water to dilute the pasta sauce), salt and vermicelli. Stir fry evenly, add garlic slices, add sesame oil and take out the pan.
