Saute white sesame and black sesame until fragrant, a few minutes

Stir-fry the peanuts for a few minutes, then cool and peel them off. Put into ziplock bag and press in half.

Stir the pressed peanuts and sesame seeds and set aside

Add a little oil to a non-stick pan, add sugar and stir-fry

Stir fry constantly

Fry until there are no lumps and the sugar liquid is thick.

Pour in the peanuts and sesame seeds and stir-fry quickly until they are basically coated with sugar liquid and then put them into the baking pan.

Pour it into a plate and roll it out while it's hot. This amount is just enough to cover a baking pan and the thickness is just right.

After rolling it out, you can cut it according to your preference.
