Rice burger
Overview
I personally don't like burgers. But I still have to say, this burger made with rice is really delicious! The rice cake is fried to a crispy surface, and with the very delicious cucumber burger sauce, the taste of rice, vegetables, meat, sauce and seaweed is very rich.

Prepare materials

Add salt, soy sauce, black pepper and starch to the pork stuffing, then add eggs

Mix well and add chopped green onion and stir well

Add some black sesame seeds, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil and appropriate amount of salt to the rice and mix well

Wash some lettuce leaves and cucumber slices and set aside

Divide the meat filling into 4 parts and make patties and fry until cooked

The mixed rice is made into 8 rice cakes about the same size as the meat cakes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rice cakes on both sides

Fry until both sides are crispy and golden

Place a lettuce leaf on a rice patty, add some burger sauce, put the meat patty on top, put two slices of cucumber, and spread a layer of burger sauce

Finally, add a rice cake on top and a piece of seaweed on top and bottom for a richer texture
