Place the purchased fresh shrimps in the refrigerator for one hour, then take them out and soak them in cold water

Remove the shells from the shrimps, save the anchovies and wash them. Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, and a small spoonful of cornstarch to marinate for a while

A piece of old tofu

Slice onion, ginger, garlic, and cut spicy millet into sections and set aside
