Prepare cabbage (this kind is local cabbage).

Soak and clean.

Tear the cabbage leaves into small pieces and cut the stems into thick strips.

Arrange the cabbage on a plate.

Bring the water to a steamer and steam over high heat for eight minutes.

While steaming vegetables, chop some minced garlic.

Put it in a bowl and add a millet.

Drizzle with hot oil, add soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well.

Open the lid after eight minutes.

Pour the garlic sauce over the surface of the cabbage and continue steaming for two minutes.
