Black Rice Pork Skin Jelly
Overview
When I shared it in my circle of friends, many of my friends thought it was pig blood tofu. It does look similar, but it is completely different from pig blood tofu. I said it was pork skin jelly, but everyone didn't believe it. I thought, if I asked everyone to guess, it would be difficult to guess. In fact, it is a soy milk machine version of pork skin jelly, with black rice added to the ingredients. It's great to use natural foods to color and flavor your food. Bama black rice has a natural fresh fragrance and natural black-red color, and it has good seasoning and coloring effects. I only used 40 grams of black rice. Let’s talk about using a soymilk machine to make pork skin jelly. For friends who love to eat skin jelly, this is really good news. Boil the pork rinds and pack them up. When you want to eat it, just take a portion and throw it into the soymilk machine. Use the rice cereal program and pour it out. There is no need to guard the stove and watch the fire. It is very convenient and easy to use. Ingredients: Pork rind, Parmesan black rice, Pork skin seasoning: cooking wine, peppercorns, star anise, onion, ginger. Seasoning for mixed skin jelly: salt, soy sauce, sugar, garlic sprouts, sesame oil, vinegar, chili oil. Method:

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add the washed pork skin to water and boil the pork skin seasoning and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
-
Remove the cooked pork skin.
-
After it cools down a bit, pluck out the remaining hair.
-
Scrape off any remaining oil.
-
Cut into small pieces.
-
Take 150 grams of minced pork skin, 40 grams of black rice, 1000 grams of water, 5 grams of cooking wine, 5 grams of light soy sauce, and 3 grams of salt. (The amount of seasoning here is very small)
-
Add to soymilk maker.
-
Start a rice cereal program.
-
After the program is completed, pour the jelly paste into the mold. I used two cake molds and a round silicone mold.
-
Let cool naturally.
-
Demold and cut into pieces. When demoulding, you can use a hot towel or hair dryer to blow the mold slightly to facilitate demoulding. If the mold is not sticky, you can also take it off with your bare hands.
-
Add chopped garlic sprouts and your favorite seasonings. I like to mix it with vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil and chili oil.
