Steps
-
I simmered the spine soup yesterday. After drinking the soup, there were a few pieces of spine left.
-
Cut chestnut pumpkin into large pieces.
-
Cut the cooked glutinous rice into small pieces.
-
Cut potatoes into hob cubes.
-
Peel and cut the remaining half of the carrot into it.
-
Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, onion, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and dry red pepper until fragrant.
-
Add the backbone and stir-fry twice.
-
Pour in an appropriate amount of water, an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and spicy sauce to taste, and cut a little hot pot base into it.
-
Bring to a boil over high heat.
-
Add pumpkin, corn, potatoes and carrots.
-
Simmer over medium-low heat until pumpkin and potatoes are soft and glutinous. About 15 to 18 minutes. But you can't stew the pumpkin and potatoes until they get rotten inside.
-
Adding a little bit of watery starch makes the soup shiny and the food delicious.
-
Sprinkle with coriander and turn off the heat.
