Ingredients
Steps
-
Crack the eggs into the bread pan, pour in the milk, salt and brown sugar
-
Pour in the flour and add 20 grams of oats
-
Dig a small hole in the flour, pour in the yeast and start the "dough kneading" program, and knead the dough for 15 minutes. Add olive oil and "knead" the dough for 15 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and pull out a translucent film with smooth edges. Start the "Yoghurt/Fermentation" program and ferment for 1 hour. When the dough has doubled in size, use your fingers to poke a hole in the middle and it does not shrink back, which means the basic fermentation is complete
-
When fermentation is complete, brush the surface with egg wash. Sprinkle 10 grams of oats on the top of the bread, start the "Bake/Stew/Cook" program, bake for 30 minutes, select "Medium" for the burnt color, remove from the oven, let cool, then slice and store

The material is as shown in the picture
-
Fry bacon in a non-stick pan with less oil
-
The fried eggs can be beaten or whole, I like to beat them. Blanch the cooked crab fillets in boiling water and tear them apart for later use
-
Wash cucumber, cabbage, cherry tomatoes and chop into small pieces and set aside
-
Put the ingredients on the toast, add finely chopped basil leaves, and then spread with salad dressing/jam and it’s ok~
