Shredded sauerkraut

Wash the pork, boil the water in the pot, and cook until it is 8 minutes cooked.

Take out the frozen tofu in advance and let it melt.

Heat oil in a pot, add onions and ginger and sauté

Add sauerkraut, stir-fry, add thirteen spices and soy sauce.

Stir fry for a while. Add an appropriate amount of water, increase the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat.

Slice the cooked pork and set aside

Stew the sauerkraut for about 30 minutes. Add frozen tofu, pork, and salt, and continue simmering for 10 minutes.
