Shepherd's purse mixed with mushrooms
Overview
I dug shepherd's purse in the field and had a meal at my mother's house. I didn't finish the shepherd's purse, so my mother packed it and brought it back to me. The next morning, I served it with mushrooms as a salad, another kind of deliciousness! Ingredients: blanched shepherd's purse, flower mushrooms, green onions and ginger. Seasoning: salt, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, chili oil. Method:

-
Because the blanched shepherd's purse is stored in the refrigerator, blanch it quickly before eating.
-
Slice the mushrooms.
-
Boil in water until cooked.
-
Squeeze out the water.
-
Chop the shepherd's purse and flower mushrooms, add green onions and ginger as you like, I added a small amount.
-
Mix the salt, sugar, sesame oil and light soy sauce into juice, and mix well with the chopped vegetables.
-
Make it into a dish and pour it with chili oil. This needs to be done with the help of a mold or something that may replace the mold. It can't be shaped and it won't affect its deliciousness. Just serve it directly. .
