Cabbage Dumplings
Overview
Everyone in my family likes to eat dumplings, and they make them almost every week. This time they are made with cabbage, and everyone says they are delicious. Cabbage is in season this season, fresh and nutritious.

Add flour to water and knead into dough. Let it rest for a while.

Cut the pork into small cubes and marinate with soy sauce for a while.

Wash and drain the cabbage, chop it into pieces, sprinkle some salt on it and squeeze out the water.

Put the cabbage and pork into a clean basin, add some chopped green onions, add oil, salt, chicken essence, and very fresh soy sauce and mix well to form a filling.

After the dough has risen, knead it into long strips and cut into pieces.

Flatten the dough and roll it into a cake.
