River shrimp, broccoli

Cut broccoli into small florets, add some salt, sugar, wine and chicken powder to boiling water and blanch until cooked, remove and set aside

Heat a pan, add oil, sauté the ginger, garlic, and green onions (reserve some green onions for serving)

River shrimp, stir-fry

Next a bowl and a half of soup stock

Boil, add seasonings, and starch water (mix with stock and cornstarch)

Add the blanched broccoli

Cook all ingredients until the soup is slightly dry

Add chopped green onion, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve
