Homemade green chopped pepper
Overview
When I traveled to Guizhou during the New Year, I brought back a bunch of red peppers. In the spring, I took the seeds of one and planted them on the balcony. Now I am starting to harvest them. The peppers in Guizhou are different from the peppers here. They are long and spicy. It is impossible to stir-fry and eat them. Then they can be made into chopped peppers, mixed with noodles, or cooked⋯⋯

Have all materials ready

Drain the water from the pepper and cut into small dices, not too broken.

Place the chopped peppers in a clean, water-free and oil-free basin for later use

Cut ginger and garlic into pieces

Put all the materials into the basin

Stir all ingredients evenly

Add a spoonful of white wine

Finally put it in a clean bottle and marinate at room temperature for a week
