Braised Tofu with Fungus
Overview
Today I made LG’s favorite tofu dish, and I bought a piece of tofu cooked with brine. Usually most of us here use gypsum. Today, I changed it and tried some tofu cooked with brine. Personally, I feel that the texture of this kind of tofu is not as tender as that of gypsum. But it has a bit more toughness and a more solid texture. It is not easy to break when used for frying and is delicious when cooked. It is a very delicious vegetarian dish. Those who want to lose weight can make it. It is a high-protein and low-fat dish that is definitely suitable for those who want to lose weight.
