Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and dried fungus and cut into cubes.

Mince the pork belly.

Cut tofu into cubes.

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color, then add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add diced mushrooms and fungus and stir-fry evenly.

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir well and then add appropriate amount of water, salt and chicken juice.
