Stuffed mushrooms
Overview
I love eating mushrooms, especially fresh mushrooms, which are thick, sweet and delicious. The taste of stuffed mushrooms is very popular with my family. A simple dish that can be served as a delicious dish even for banquets or family gatherings!

Ingredients: fresh mushrooms, fat and lean pork, pepper, dried onions.

Cut off the arms (stems) of the mushrooms with scissors, wash and drain.

Wash the pork and onions separately and chop into small pieces.

Add pepper, chicken powder, salt and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for a while.

Fill each mushroom with meat filling (as shown in the picture).

Prepare the sauce in a bowl and set aside: Pour in the abalone juice.

Add oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a little water and stir evenly.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the stuffed mushrooms over medium heat for a while.

Fry the other side until brown.

Pour in the prepared sauce, cover the pot and simmer for a while until the sauce dries up.

Scoop up and pour the remaining sauce on top.
