Chop the garlic, ginger, and onion into small pieces. If you are using it for cold salad, it is recommended to chop it into smaller pieces. It looks good and is easy to taste

Cut the rice tofu into even pieces and set aside

Take a small bowl and add chili oil, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, salt and other seasonings to adjust the flavor

Pour the prepared juice onto the rice tofu.......

I also added some garlic sauce. If you don’t have it, you can use any other sauce you like....

When the oil in the pot is 70% hot, turn down the heat and add in the chopped chili pepper, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant
