Stir-fried bacon with sweet beans (improved version)
Overview
Today I’m going to make a quick and improved version of Cantonese cuisine: stir-fried bacon with sweet beans. The green sweet beans and bacon are an absolutely perfect match together. It’s delicious and looks good without any sense of inconsistency.

Wash all ingredients and cut them into pieces. As shown in the picture.

Remove the shanks on both sides of the sweet beans, wash and set aside. As shown in the picture.

Wash the bacon and slice it into pieces, as shown in the picture.

Add oil to the electric hot pot as shown in the picture.

When the oil is hot, add garlic slices and saute until fragrant, then add bacon. As shown in the picture.
