Ingredients collection, you don’t need to choose shiitake mushrooms or enoki mushrooms, it’s my personal preference

Prepare the shrimps, remove the shrimp lines, do not throw away the shrimp heads and shrimp skins, they are ready for use

Heat a small amount of oil in the pot and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant

Stir-fry the shrimp heads and skins in the pot until they turn red, pour in water, appropriate amount

Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer until white

Pour into a casserole and filter out the shrimp heads and skin

After boiling. Turn to low heat, simmer for about 10 minutes, add shrimp and appropriate amount of salt

Wait until the shrimp turns red and it’s ready
