Overview

Made to use up some canned tuna in oil at home. Because children don’t like pickled radishes, I changed the shape.

  1. Beat the eggs with salt and pour into a non-stick pan with hot oil over low heat

  2. When the bottom is solidified, turn it over and serve it out when both sides are cooked

  3. Add sushi vinegar, sesame oil, and cooked sesame seeds to the rice and mix well

  4. Spread a piece of roasted seaweed on the sushi roll, spread the mixed rice over it and flatten it

  5. Place the sliced egg pancakes on the rice, and arrange appropriate small pieces of canned tuna

  6. Roll it up with the help of the roller blind, with the interface facing down
