Chop the pork into minced meat.

Put the minced meat into a small basin, add chopped green onion, salt, ginger powder, chicken essence, soy sauce, vinegar, and water (a little), and stir evenly with chopsticks in a counterclockwise direction (one direction). The water will dissolve into the meat. Don't stir in the opposite direction or the water will leak out. Mix the filling.

I bought wonton wrappers and started wrapping them. On the other side, use an induction cooker to boil water. Add a few drops of oil to the water. Shopee. Soy sauce, vinegar, a little salt, bring to a boil and add wontons. The pot does not need to be covered with a lid. Stir gently with a spoon to avoid sticking to the pan.
