Peanut and sesame glutinous rice rolls
Overview
Before the Spring Festival, my family chatted about what kind of snacks to prepare for the New Year's Eve dinner. My mother-in-law suggested that it is most convenient to make simple glutinous rice rolls. Since I don't eat much anyway, I can just make a few and eat them on the same day. My mother-in-law taught me a simple and easy-to-operate method. She said that she often made rice flour snacks in the past. You can also do this with flour. She thought the method taught by her mother-in-law was good. I happened to have various ingredients at home, so I immediately started to practice it. Dear friends, please try it if you are interested. It is really delicious and simple!

Steps
-
Ingredients: glutinous rice flour, peanuts, black sesame seeds, brown sugar powder.
-
Take the glutinous rice flour in a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir into rice flour dough. (It’s enough if the rice flour can be kneaded into a ball)
-
Heat a pan, add a little oil, take out a piece of rice ball, roll it out thinly with a rolling pin, put down the pan and fry over low heat until browned on both sides.
-
Put the fried peanuts in a plastic bag and smash them with the back of a knife or blend them with a blender.
-
Pour in the fried black sesame seeds and brown sugar powder, and stir evenly. (About a third of the filling is used here, and the rest can be kept fresh and used as glutinous rice dumpling fillings.)
-
Take out the fried glutinous rice flour as a whole and place it on the chopping board.
-
Scoop up the mixed filling and spread evenly on top.
-
Roll up and pinch firmly.
-
After rolling, arrange it, cut into sections and serve.
