Mussels, shepherd's purse and goose eggs

The shepherd's purse in the yard has grown up, so I dug a few and made a dish with mussels and goose eggs. Delicious.

Wash shepherd's purse.

Mince.

Wash the goose eggs.

Beat it in a bowl.

Add minced shepherd's purse and salt, stir evenly.

Chop green onion and ginger.

Take the mussels.

Heat the pan with cold oil and add the chopped green onion and ginger.

Add mussels and stir-fry.

Pour in the egg mixture.

Slowly stir-fry.

Too little oil and it sticks to the pan.

Put a little water.

Stir fry evenly.
