I had some meat filling left over from making dumplings a few days ago, and I happened to have a handful of vermicelli, so let's make a classic home-cooked dish - Ants Climbing a Tree.

  1. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water till soft, about 3 minutes, drain and set aside

  4. Pour in the vermicelli and stir-fry quickly. Do not let the vermicelli stick to the pan. You can add a small amount of oil, cooking wine or stock, and it will be done

  5. After the vermicelli is blanched, it is about six to seven minutes cooked. Just stir-fry a little until the vermicelli is cooked
