Glutinous Rice and Dates
Overview
Red dates can replenish blood and nourish the skin, and are especially suitable for female friends. I saw this dish at a wedding banquet, but it required some honey juice and some sesame seeds. So I thought of making it at home and eating it directly without pouring the juice.

Add glutinous rice flour to warm water and stir evenly.

Cut the big red dates with a knife and take out the date core.

Stuff the glutinous rice balls into the middle of the dates
