Overview

It's the Year of the Sheep, and I wish all my friends auspicious Year of the Sheep. As a foodie, I want to use dishes to convey my blessings. I made a creative dish. I chose three ingredients, which represent the three Yangs of Kaitai. When I put it on the plate, I wanted to put the word "sheep" on it. However, my skills are very limited. There is always a big gap between reality and ideals. When taking pictures, I feel that it is not beautiful. In order to express my feelings, I will make do with it. Hehe, I wish everyone a happy Year of the Sheep! When I was a child during the Chinese New Year, the biggest difference in the kitchen was that all kinds of ingredients were fried. Every house was filled with the aroma of the New Year, and the smell of the pot. So I also used deep-frying to make the lamb dishes for the Year of the Sheep. I used olive oil for frying, which is healthier than ordinary oil. Paired with broccoli, which is very nutritious, it is refreshing and relieves greasiness. Eating broccoli with fried foods can effectively reduce the harm of fried foods to people.
