Cut off the nails of the chicken feet, wash them, and blanch them in cold water.

Chop the chicken feet in half.

Onions, ginger, garlic, dried chilies, cinnamon, bay leaves, peppercorns, and rock sugar are set aside.

Peel and wash the small potatoes, and cut into slightly larger pieces.

Put oil in the pot, add rock sugar, onion, ginger, garlic and spices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chicken feet and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a small amount of dark soy sauce and stir-fry until browned.
