Wash the pork liver and soak it in water for half an hour

Slice the pork liver, add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce and marinate for a while

Mince onion, ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in a bowl of water, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes
