Wash and shred green peppers.

After cleaning, cut the squid into slices.

Blanch the squid in boiling water for 30 seconds.

The fried squid will turn into squid rolls. Take them out and drain them.

Heat oil in pan.

Add red pepper and stir-fry for a while with a little salt.

Pour in the celery and stir-fry until cooked through, then take it out and set aside.

Heat the pan again and add shredded ginger.

Pour the squid into the pot and stir-fry for a while, then add a spoonful of cooking wine and continue to stir-fry.

Add a little light soy sauce.
